2013 NEXL Information:

The Northeast's Only RaceTo Tournament Series  - The NEXL is proud to not only be THE Official Northeast Regional Affiliate Series to the PSP but to work closely with them in incorporating a UNIVERSAL ID Program! The NEXL honors all 2013 PSP ID Cards - and all 2013 Combo NEXL ID Cards are honored at PSP Events. 

The NEXL uses the APPA Players / Team registration system to organize / run & score events.  With teams that have committed to the NEXL for the season (Franchise Teams)  events are guaranteed, schedules for the season are released in advance and teams may compete for prizes at each event should they choose to and will be in the running for the 2013 Season Championship title and prize package. 

The NEXL is the one tournament series that can bring you the national event level of quality and competition at the local event price, and the only RaceTo Affiliate series to The PSP.

Game Format:

*  12 minute RaceTo 4 Xball matches

*  2 minutes Stop Clock between each point

*  3 Matches Per team per event - determined by Event 1

*  One Finals Match to determine Winner for Each Event

League Structure

D3 Division of 8 at the onset of the season. Second Division added in increments.
Teams will have their schedule for the season determined by Event 1 and will know who they are playing at each event.  Seeding will be determined at the beginning of the season based on the roster of the 1st event.  The top 2 teams either 1 from each Bracket or Overall will advance to determine a winner for each event.

Roster Structure

Roster Structure

*  Franchise Fee: $1000 per team - Entrance to All 5 events

*  ID Cards: $30 for NEXL / NEPL or $50 PSP ID for PSP / NEXL / NEPL (Good for: Waivers / Rotation / Rec Play / Store Discounts)

*  Optional Custom Jerseys: $599 for 10

*  Optional Prize Opt In: $300 per team


Team deposit of $500 due by December 31, 2012, remainder due by March 15, 2013

Choices of paint: $50 Ultra Tournament   $45 Premium   $40 Basic (tax included)

PRIZES:


A true series NASCAR, PGA, PSP is a collection of tournaments to which the winners of each of these events earn points based on their placement for that particular day.  The finality of each day’s winner always leaves hope for the next event and leaves everyone in the hunt for the season and each event prizes.


Per Event CASH Prizes:

*  Opt In for Prizes: $300 per team (Optional)

The initial basic Franchise Fee is designed to allow teams to play the format they choose at the most minimal of cost while allowing them the ability to ante up to play for the Cash each Event.  Teams that ante up are essentially betting on their chances of finishing in the top 2 for that event. Knowing your schedule for each event in advance allows teams the choice of playing for a prize or playing for fun that day. The $300 opt in would be collected from each team that chooses to participate the morning of the each event.


Example 1: If 8 teams were in D3 Division start of the season and all 8 wanted to ante for the first event then $2400 would be in the Cash Pool for that division for that particular day. Because all 8 teams put into the Cash prize pool (8 x $300) - payout would works as follows:      
1st - $1600     2nd - $800


Example 2: Again 8 teams in division but only 6 teams want to ante up for that event (Team 7 & 8 decide to not play for cash prizes) The prize pool is then $1800. (6 x $300) Team 1 wins the Event, Team 7 comes in 2nd and Team 2 comes in third. Team 1 receives $1200 and Team 2 who technically came in 3rd wins $600 because Team 7 chose to play without the Ante for fun and season ending prizes forfeiting any cash to the next highest team to ante up.


Series Ending Prize:
ALL teams are in the running for the Series Ending Prize which will be determined with seed points awarded to each team at each event. Teams do NOT need to ever participate in the Cash Pool option in order to win the Series Prize.

From the North:

Rte. 27 South from either Rte. 2 or Rte. 2A into Maynard. In Maynard Center, take a left at the traffic lights at McDonald's and straight through the next set of lights onto Waltham Street. Go 1/2 mile, past Oriental Delight Restaurant and look for the orange "MAYNARD ROD & GUN CLUB" sign on the left. This is Old Mill Road.

From the Waltham area:
Rte. 117 West through Weston, Lincoln, and Concord. In Sudbury, look for St. John's Lutheran Church (after Sierra's Restaurant). Bear to the right at St. John's (Rte. 117 bears to the left). Look for the orange "MAYNARD ROD & GUN CLUB" sign on the right. This is Old Mill Road.

From the East :
Rte. 2 West to Rte. 62 West in Concord. Go through West Concord and into Maynard. Take a left at the first set of traffic lights in Maynard onto Waltham Street. Go 1/2 mile past Oriental Delight Restaurant and look for the orange "MAYNARD ROD & GUN CLUB" sign on the left. This is Old Mill Road.

Rte. 495 North to Rte. 117 East. Go through Bolton and Stow. Rte. 62 joins Rte. 117 in Stow Center. Follow Rte. 62 through Maynard Center. Take a right at the traffic lights at McDonald's. Go straight through the next set of lights onto Waltham Street. Go 1/2 mile past Oriental Delight Restaurant and look for the orange "MAYNARD ROD & GUN CLUB" sign on the left. This is Old Mill Road.

From the West/South:

To Use GPS Please use: 1 Tavern Circle SUDBURY Ma 01776 - these will get you to the road across from the entrance to our field!

From the North:
Take 95 S and follow directions from the East or Take 495S to Rt East to
RT 27 South to RT 62 East. Take a right onto Sudbury Rd before Swanson Pontiac. As you go up the hill bear to the right onto Powdermill Rd. The field entrance is a stone road on your right across from Tavern Circle in Sudbury, Ma.

From the South:
Take 95 N to Exit 26 and follow signs to RT 117 West. Follow 117 West
into Sudbury. Take right onto Powdermill Rd after Sierras and go through a set of 4 way stops and the stone road will be on your left across from Tavern Circle Sudbury, Ma or Take 495 N to Rt 117 East and follow directions from West.

From East:
Take Rt 2 West to 62 West. After passing Dambrosia Eyeglasses on your
right you will pass through one set of lights and take your next left onto Sudbury Rd after Swanson Pontiac. As you go up the hill bear to the right onto Powdermill Rd. The field entrance is a stone road on your right across from Tavern Circle in Sudbury, Ma.

From the West:
Take Rt 90 East to 495N to Rt117 East. Follow 117 into Sudbury until you
see Powdermill Rd on your left. Take that left through a set of 4 way stops and the stone road will be on your left across from Tavern Circle Sudbury, Ma.

FROM THE SUDBURY SIDE:
If you come down Rt 62 and go past Valley Sports on the right and Stop & Shop / Ford dealer on right - through that light, there is a left turn onto Sudbury Rd that will take you to the field as well. Turn left onto Sudbury Road and bear to the right at the top of the hill. When you pass the town line sign on your left, watch for a dirt road on your right, turn right onto that road and turn left at the end into the field.
