Event Schedule:
It is VERY important that you read and take note of the times we have listed for the division and day that you are playing.  We have designated times for teams to arrive & check in so that we can ensure a smooth event covering everything from parking to check in and getting everyone set in time for their first game. IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME - YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT AND RISK BEING TURNED AWAY UNTIL THE PROPER TIME. We appreciate everyone cooperation!

Staging
Teams will all have tents / picnic tables so there is no need to bring them with you. Locations have been assigned - we will have a map & attendants helping with placement upon arrival.  There are at least 30 trash containers throughout the Players Village - we ask that you please be responsible for your area.  Please empty paint pods / hoppers into the barrels, and we kindly ask that if you need to smoke - you do so in the parking lot as these are close quarters. Restrooms are in the parking lot!

Tables will be marked as well - Please only take the tables you have been provided with.

and please do not arrive before the gate open time - there is plenty of time! And please be considerate of the residential homes on that road!

3 Man teams please use Regular Entrance: GPS 1 Tavern Circle Sudbury Ma - entrance ACROSS from this rd - do NOT go down it!
We are kindly asking that teams plan to take as few vehicles as possible to the field this weekend. Gates will open at designated times as listed above and teams are allowed the following down to the lot at the field:

3 Man Teams: Allowed 2 cars down below
XBall Teams: Allowed 3 cars down below

Cars parking up top will be directed where to park.



Cars going down below will be given a parking pass. Please remember that parking up top is limited as well PLEASE CAR POOL!!! We would like to allow as many spectators as possible!!

There will be a police detail on site - please remember you are in a residential area. Any problems may result in your team not being allowed to play.  PARKING IS LIMITED - we would like to allow spectators but that will be determined by how many cars we have room left for. 

Dropping Off Players? Parents that are dropping players off may do so by entering through the Gun Club (Follow team directions) - letting the attendant know - and driving down to the lower lot.  You will have to let the players out at the bottom of the hill - and you will be let OUT the back gate.  You will NOT be allowed to leave your vehicle.

Parking / Directions & Times for SPECTATORS Spectators may be allowed to park down below after 9:00 AM if room permits. IF room is available we will permit spectator vehicles to park in the lower lot AFTER 9AM.  Spectators should follow the directions to the back of the club as follows:

From 95 take Rt 2 West Towards Acton Fitchburg - Exit 29B
Follow for about 10 miles - to Emerson Hospital on left. After the lights at the hospital merge left (to set of lights) turn left onto Rt 62. 
Follow Rt 62 about 4 or 5 miles until you come to Shopping plaza on right (Stop & Shop) and a Ford Dealer on Right. Go straight through the light and take first left onto Sudbury Rd. At top of hill - bear right. Dirt road to field will be about 1/4 mile up on right.

GPS:Use 1 Tavern Circle Sudbury Ma 01776 for directions - again this is the entrance we normally use but is NOT for use on event weekends by teams - and will not be open until after 9AM both days.

PLEASE TRY TO CAR POOL! 

Parking is VERY limited and is not allowed outside of designated areas. We are also running recreational groups as well - and they will be using parking also.




THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

1) There is NO crowd participation in ANY formats we offer aside from XBall - and this is on an event to event basis - if it becomes a problem - we may stop it at any time. There is NO counter - couching allowed. It is poor sportsmanship and we are a family friendly environment.  As a spectator of 3 man / 5 man or 7 man you are not allowed to yell to the players on the field, point, follow or otherwise gesture in any way. We will assess teams penalties if necessary and you will be asked to leave if we feel you are a problem.


2) The bathrooms are for use by everyone - please be respectful of others when using them.


3) Dogs are lovely pets - however these events are NOT the best place for them.  Please if at all possible do NOT bring animals to the field - there are lots of children as well as older folks on site who may have a fear and the loud sounds of markers firing may scare them.

 

4) We will have vendors on site - if you need anything through the day - please stop in and see if they can help you out!



5) We do NOT allow anyone who is not associated with Media onto the fields to take photos / video. If you do not have an Official Media Pass issued to you, please do not try to enter the fields.


Cleats
All players will have their shoes inspected before they are let on the fields - for EVERY game.  Cleats that have any kind of METAL will NOT be allowed.  Cleats should have soft, bendable by hand spikes - and tips should be rounded.  Turf shoes are best.  Please bring sneakers as a back up.


If you paid for your ID Online - PLEASE BRING YOUR RECEIPT!!!
I cannot stress the importance of this enough!! There will be 2 lines - a Prepaid line - and a NonPaid Line - with a receipt you will be on your way in less than 45 seconds - without a receipt (the one paypal emails you / goes to paypal email address you used!!!) you will have to wait for payment to be verified - and you will have to wait for me - which doesn't work out well for you - I will do the best I can to help you but why go there!!!???? - just BRING YOUR RECEIPT!!!!!!! NO - the Green check / pd icon on the APPA site is NOT a receipt!!!!

Paint On Site Paint on site will be CASH ONLY. Paint is all RPS Brands similar to last season. Paint pricing is as follows:

ALL NEPL Events are EVENT PAINT ONLY. Teams are NOT allowed to bring their own paint.


OnLine Scoring
Will be available online through the APPA Site. Or through the link that will be on the NEPL web site  Facebook both Saturday & Sunday Morning. 

Food on Site Food will be served on site between fields 2 & 3 from 11AM - 2PM. Burgers, Hot Dogs, Sausages, Chips and Drinks will all be available.
If you have had an emergency and need to reach me - you may call me on my cell at 617-605-6056 (text is better tho).  Emergencies include: we are not coming or we have had an accident and will be late - emergencies are NOT - I can't download that map, I can't upload my photo or can I wear this?

Event 1 Layout

The layout for the first event of the 2013 season will be the PSP MAO layout.

 

 

Season Lineup E1 Schedule

The Lineups for the Season have been released.  Teams can now see who they will face at each event and get ready to ante up into the CASH prize pool based n what they see going on that day and their odds!

D3 has 16 teams competing this season so each team will face every team once this year.

D4 has 12 teams competing this season so each team will face 7 teams once and 4 teams twice this year.

Buying into the Cash Prize pool is $300 per event - you can decide your odds based on who you know you are playing as well as the teams you are keeping an eye on each event.  We will be collecting the bets first thing each event morning - remember you have to buy in before the first match of the day!

XBall Practice Information for the 2013 Season in Maynard!

  • 2 matches per team (limit 16 teams)
  • Matches will be RaceTo 4  / 12 minutes stop time with schedule in advance
  • Cost: $450 per Franchise Team w/10 cases
  • $500 per non franchised team w/ 10 cases
  • $250 Franchise Teams BYOP (10 players - $25 per additional)
  • $300 Non Franchise Teams BYOP (10 players - $25 per additional)

OR

  • $50 per franchised individual (if you have less than 10 players)
  • $55 non franchised individual (if you have less than 10 players)
  • Upgrade to Polar Ice $10/case. (weather paint)
  • Extra cases above the initial 10 are $30/$35/$40 each for franchise teams
  • Extra cases above the initial 10 are $35/$40/$45 each for non franchised teams
